But if something isn't right, don't worry - we evaluate every request on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.  If you're unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at bengdesigns1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.  This helps us assess and assist you in a timely manner.  Based on our review, we may offer a full refund, repair or replacement or store credit toward a future order.  If a return is approved, we'll let you know who covers shipping.  In most cases, the customers are responsible - unless the issue is our mistake or a defect in workmanship.   Once we receive your returned item, we will process refunds or credits within 7-10 business days.
